More messages for Jammeh

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr. Yahya Jammeh Babili Mansa continues to receive messages of congratulation and appreciation on the occasion of the 21st edition of the July 22nd celebrations and the decision to pardon more than three hundred prisoners.

The messages read:

Your Excellency The President,

The 21st anniversary of the 1994 Revolution has been, in many respects, a victory for the Gambian people who, since then, continues to enjoy your exemplary leadership.

This 22nd July 2015 has been particularly marked, against all expectations, by the pardoning of around 300 prisoners of all orders. What kindness of heart, what highness of spirit, what piety Mister President, to pardon all these people.

At the end of this blessed month of Ramadan, may Allah Subhana Wa Taalaa grant you long life of happiness, good health and success in all your endeavours and bless your work for the benefit of the Gambian people.

I associate in the same homage, your distinguished spouse, the First Lady, your family and all your relatives.

The transformation and daily improvement of the face of The Gambia by all kinds of achievements, since your accession to power, is an eloquent illustration of your love for the homeland, The Gambia. Your fight for food self-sufficiency and the shaping of a new type of Gambian: one who eats what he grows and grows what he eats, as well as your relentless fight as a great African for the emergence of our continent are perfect living examples of this.

Please, accept, Your Excellency the President, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration and esteem.

Ambassador Doudou Salla Diop

My similar word of felicitation also goes to the APRC under your wise and dynamic leadership.

Your Excellency, I witnessed the First Republic way back in 1977, when I was appointed Meteorological Observer Trainee and how things were like at the time are quite different from today.

I have been fortunate to serve as a security officer under NSS, Office of the President as a Chief Detective Officer in 1989 up to the time you took over the rein of power in this country.

The first thing you did was to empower the people themselves to take full control of their own destiny on the road to socio-economic development of this nation. You have made Gambians all over the world proud.

Your Excellency, it is evident that the Gambia has a radical transformation in both her physical infrastructure and her people. You have enhanced every Gambian in one-way or the other.

Your Excellency, when it comes to humanitarian services you rendered to Gambian people and all of mankind; such as fatal deceases, are admirable indeed.

Your Excellency, the titles you acquired nationally and from international organizations is a clear manifestation of humanitarian services that you render to mankind.

Mr. President, there is nobody on this earth who can sit down and numerate the good works and the good things that you have done for mankind since the inception of the Second Republic, so therefore there are no enough words to express your sterling character as a leader.

Your Excellency, my commitments to your leadership in the name of Allah, the Almighty and in the name of the nation’s mother Ajah Assumbi Bojang and my loyalty to you is unquestionable.

Your sincerely
