Debts: Zambia begins negotiations for over $3 billion restructuring

Zambia has officially started negotiations with its Eurobond holders on the restructuring of more than $3 billion of debt. The move comes after the completion of negotiations with official creditors, who plan to sign a memorandum of understanding on the restructuring of $6.3 billion in debt with the Zambian government.
