Benin: the African Development Fund will grant a partial credit guarantee (Gpc) of 195 million euros

The African Development Fund will grant a partial credit guarantee (Gpc) of 195 million euros, approximately 128 billion CFA francs, to enable Benin to mobilize resources allocated to the Sustainable Development Goals (Odd). The project will help deepen financial markets through new Odd funding from Benin and expand the country’s investor base. The financing plan provides for the mobilization by Benin on the international market of financing dedicated to the Odds to the tune of 350 million euros, or 229.5 billion CFA francs, for twelve years.
