Libya: $447 million for the reconstruction of disaster-stricken towns


The Libyan Government announced the allocation of 2 billion Libyan dinars (approximately 447 million dollars) to the reconstruction of towns ravaged by floods following the passage of Mediterranean storm Daniel, on the night of September 10 to 11. An envelope which will be made available to the Construction Fund for the cities of Benghazi and Derna.
