Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, to meet with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, Olta Xhaçka, (Athens, 02.12.2022)

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, will hold a meeting in Athens tomorrow, Friday, December 2, 2022, with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Olta Xhaçka, in the context of the latter’s visit to Greece.

Expanded talks will take place at approximately 08.00 while the two Foreign Ministers are scheduled to have a one-on-one meeting as well.  

Talks are expected to focus on the state of play as regards Greek-Albanian relations in all areas, as well as on issues of European and regional interest, including developments in Ukraine following the Russian invasion, the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and the European perspective of the Western Balkans.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias visited Albania in May 2022 as well as in October 2020.
