Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs Miltiadis Varvitsiotis meets with European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders (Athens, 16.03.2023)

Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs for European Affairs Miltiadis Varvitsiotis received European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, in the context of the latter’s visit to Greece.

The two men had a constructive discussion in a good climate. The discussion focused on issues of the Rule of Law, the war in Ukraine and the issue of sanctions against Russia.

Mr. Varvitsiotis emphasised that the Greek government’s efforts to defend European values are continuous.
