Passoré: The new Provincial Director of Public Procurement Control and Financial Commitments installed

The High Commissioner of the province of Passoré, Laurent K. Kontogom officially installed Friday, the new provincial director of the control of public contracts and financial commitments (PDCMEF) of Passoré Christian Hermann Tapsoba in its functions.

After a few months of interim at the head of the Provincial Directorate for the Control of Public Procurement and Financial Commitments of Zondoma, Hervé N. Somda handed over the baton this Friday, to the administrator of financial services, Christian Hermann Tapsoba to exercise henceforth his functions as DPCMEF of Passoré.

Before the interim, it was the administrator of financial services, Naaviel Armel Poda called to other functions, who held the position for a little over 5 years.

The official installation ceremony took place on the morning of Friday, July 7, 2023 in the multipurpose room of the Yako youth center.

In front of his new collaborators, the financial managers of the special communal delegations of the 9 communes that make up the Passoré, parents, directors and heads of departments of the province, Christian Hermann Tapsoba said to measure the immensity of the work which awaits him while inviting these collaborators, to accompany him in the exercise of the mission.

The staff representative of the DPCMEF of Passoré congratulated the outgoing director for the loyalty, humanity and transparency in the management of finances which he showed in the accomplishment of his mission.

On behalf of officers in the management’s financial control department, staff reassured Mr. Tapsoba of everyone’s accomplishment.

As a reminder, the Administrator of Financial Services, Christian Hermann Tapsoba had been appointed to the post of DPCMEF of Passoré, in the Council of Ministers at its meeting of May 31, 2023.

Before depositing his able-bodied in Passoré, the new DPCMEF in Passoré held the position of head of service at the Regional Directorate for the Control of Public Procurement and Financial Commitments in the Sahel, where he served for around 8 years.
