Burkina: post-Bac orientation, promotion of the private sector and humanitarian support, on the daily menu

This Wednesday’s Burkinabè dailies talk about the promotion of the private sector, humanitarian support in Burkina Faso and the orientation of new graduates.

The newspaper informs that the Director General of the Council for University Orientation and Scholarships (DGCOB), in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, is holding from July 10 to 15, 2023 in Ouagadougou , the 8th edition of National Information and Orientation Week (SIO).

The Observer Paalga informs that this initiative aims to better inform and guide new graduates for a better choice of training.

He adds that the SIO aims to avoid unfortunate situations in the choice of courses for new graduates because many students have failed in their studies simply because they have chosen their courses badly.

Sidwaya continues that the objective of this visit is to present to the Prime Minister the company and their achievements, what they have put on the Burkinabè market in a year, namely laptops and computers.
