Police initiate a search after Mathabang Motsoedi and her son went missing in Thabong

Thabong SAPS seek assistance to locate #missing Mathabang Motsoedi who is mentally challenged. It is alleged that on the 15 July 2023 at about 14:00, she left with her two-year-old son Rethabile Motsoedi, saying she was going to throw away the disposable nappies and never came back. No recent photo is available and it’s unknown what she was wearing on the day they went missing.

A case of missing person file was registered for further investigation. The case was assigned to Detective Sergeant Mzwandile Mekana of Thabong Serious and Violent Crimes who can be contacted at cellphone number 078 239 9594, #CrimeStop number 08600 10111 or #MySAPSAPP.
