Ethiopian Delegation Discusses Economic Reforms with World Bank, IMF Officials

ADDIS ABABA: A high-level Ethiopian delegation, led by Finance Minister Ahmed Shide, engaged in discussions with senior World Bank and IMF officials on Thursday, focusing on the nation’s economic reforms and development strategies.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, the discussions covered a range of topics including job creation, private sector involvement, and the ongoing Homegrown Economic Reform initiative. Both the IMF and World Bank expressed support for Ethiopia’s reform efforts and discussed ways to assist the country in achieving its economic goals.
