Burkina: Terrorist bases destroyed around Gourcy and Lalgaye

Terrorist bases were destroyed by the Burkinabè army during strikes in the forests of Touba (Gourcy) and Sablogo (Lalgaye), the AIB learned on Saturday.

Large numbers of terrorists have arrived in recent days in the Touba forest in the Rassouli area, near Gourcy, in the Northern region.

According to the intelligence services, they were planning attacks against peaceful populations and positions of the Fighting Forces.

Fortunately, they were neutralized before being able to carry out their disastrous project.

Indeed, air vectors were able to locate and identify these temporary terrorist bases in the middle of the forest.

After several strikes, these shelters of misfortune and their occupants were destroyed.

The same feat was reproduced in the Sablogo forest, near Lalgaye in the Center-East region.

The strikes also reduced a terrorist base to ashes and killed several criminals.

According to our information, other operations are underway to defeat those who have taken up arms against Burkina Faso.
