Bobo-Dioulasso: Place de la Nation invaded by water

After a heavy rain at the beginning of the afternoon of this Sunday in Bobo-Dioulasso, the roundabout of the Nation commonly called “Siraba Wolonfila” was flooded by rainwater.

The water, as observed on the ground, comes in large quantities from the industrial zone, thus crossing the Ouezzin Coulibaly camp, itself adjoining the Houet backwater.

The amount of water is such that it is difficult, if not impossible, for motorcyclists to pass the roundabout.

The most courageous force the crossing and others turn off their engines to pass by pushing them, while many others play spectators.

According to several people on site, it is probably “water from elsewhere”.

The roundabout, faith of some others, has never recorded such a passage of water.
