Teachers in the Gnagna province celebrated World Teacher’s Day on Thursday, October 5, 2023 in Bogandé, under the sign of resilience.

It was marked by a raising of national colors under the coordination of the FDS, a symbolic planting of trees, an aerobics session and a public conference. It is the town of Bogandé, capital of the province of Gnagna, which hosted the activities of the day dedicated to the teacher.

The organizers took advantage of this day to roll out a theme on the human resources and career management process at the Ministry of National Education, Literacy and Promotion of National Languages (MENAPLN) in the context of the law 081.

For the speaker, Flavien Yougbaré, Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Bogandé, sustainable development is only truly initiated when the agents of an institution or
a country feel happy and motivated.

‘This promotes the work that guarantees the State to reach the heights,’ added Mr. Yougbaré. To avoid being a victim in his career, the speaker advises any public service agent to dig deeper and question the texts.

The Provincial Director of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Gnagna, Salam Ouédraogo expressed the recognition of the administrative authorities to the teaching staff for the multiple and loyal services rendered to the nation.

He wished them good health, prosperity and peace. It is on notes of great satisfaction that the activities of the teacher’s memorial day ended.
