Namentenga High Commissioner Praises Health and Education Workers for Support to Resettled Populations


BOULSA – Adama Conseiga, the high commissioner of the Namentenga province, expressed his gratitude on Tuesday to health and education workers for their efforts in supporting populations resettled in their original locales. The commendation was part of a speech delivered during a flag-raising ceremony at the Boulsa departmental high school.



According to Burkina Information Agency, these professionals have played a crucial role in reintegrating individuals and families back into their communities, ensuring they have access to essential services. His remarks were made in front of provincial officials and students gathered for the event, which also serves to instill national pride and unity.



Conseiga also took the opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of the security forces working on the ground to facilitate the resettlement process. He emphasized the collective contributions to the peace efforts within the province and encouraged continued dedication to these initiatives.



Further addressing the students, the commander of the Cheetah Unit in Namentenga explained the importance of respecting national symbols, particularly the national flag. He outlined proper flag etiquette, stressing that it should be protected from damage, stored properly, and lowered in inclement weather to maintain its dignity.
