Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Visits Nekemte in Oromia Region

NEKEMTE – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed arrived in Nekemte this morning, marking his presence in the Oromia Region. He was accompanied by high-level officials including the Speakers of the House, Tagesse Chafo, Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh, and Oromia Regional President Shimelis Abdisa.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, Upon arrival at the newly built Nekemte airport, the delegation was warmly welcomed by the local community. This visit underscores the government’s engagement with regional developments and its commitment to addressing local issues directly with constituents.
