Interior Secretary Praises Church Contributions to Health and Education in Kisumu


KISUMU, Kenya — During an event at Migosi Adventist Church, Interior Principal Secretary Dr. Raymond Omollo commended the church’s significant contributions to education and health sectors in Kenya.



According to Kenya News Agency, the church has been instrumental in complementing government efforts by establishing schools and health facilities across the country. These institutions have played a pivotal role in enhancing the welfare of Kenyans, he noted during his address at the church’s 10th alumni anniversary. The Principal Secretary highlighted the importance of the church’s involvement in not only spiritual nourishment but also in promoting peaceful coexistence through various programs.



Dr. Omollo also acknowledged the church’s contribution to national security through its moral teachings and economic empowerment programs. He affirmed the government’s commitment to continue partnering with religious organizations to strengthen these initiatives and foster national unity.
