UAE, Tunisia Discuss Ways To Enhance Bilateral Ties

TUNIS – Tunisian President, Kais Saied, met yesterday, with visiting United Arab Emirates (UAE) State Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Shakhboot Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral ties.

During the meeting, Saied expressed his thanks for UAE’s support for Tunisia, in various fields, the Tunisian presidency said in a statement.

Saied noted that, Tunisia is willing to build promising partnerships with the UAE, and make new investments in the country, the statement added.

For his part, Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan said, the UAE is fully ready to explore new opportunities for cooperation and investment in Tunisia, in areas of common interests.
