Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias to meet with the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations and member of the U.S. Cabinet, Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield (New York, 18.03.2022)

During his visit to New York, Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias is scheduled to meet tomorrow, Friday, March 18, with the Permanent Representative of the United States of America to the United Nations and member of the U.S. Cabinet, Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield.

Talks will focus on issues of international and regional interest, with an emphasis on current developments in Ukraine and the wider region of Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa, as well as on the further strengthening of cooperation between Greece and the USA within the United Nations.

On the same day, as already announced, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will meet with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres.
