Sank Money wants to get all Burkinabè people to use electronic money, Coordinator

The General Coordinator of Sank Business, Sada Zougmoré declared, Saturday, that the objective of Sank Money is to get all Burkinabè people to use electronic money in all payments.

‘The objective of Sank Money is to get all Burkinabè people to use electronic money to make various payments,’ said Sada Zougmoré, General Coordinator of Sank Business.

For him, Sank money is a platform created exclusively by young Burkinabè people to achieve this objective.

Mr. Zougmoré spoke on Saturday evening in Ouagadougou during a dinner offered by the top managers of Sank Business to agents of electronic transfer stores.

‘Through Sank money, you can load fuel vouchers at the station. There are also merchant accounts that allow us to pay for our purchases in shops, grocery stores, pharmacies,’ continues Mr. Zougmoré.

He said that a Sank electronic card costing 3,000 CFA francs is also available.

Discussions with partners also focused on the advantages that Sank money offers.

‘There are a good number of agents who w
ant to open agent accounts to work with Sank’ suggested the Sank Business Coordinator.

‘Sank entrusts all his profits to transfer agents. For a withdrawal of one million CFA francs, the agents have 6,000 CFA francs. And for a deposit of one million, they have 4,000 CFA francs,’ explains Sada Zougmoré.

The Coordinator adds that to create a Sank Money agency, a minimum deposit of 200,000 CFA francs is required for agents operating in Ouagadougou or Bobo-Dioulasso and 100,000 CFA francs for those in other localities.

An amount which does not constitute a deposit.

To open an agent account at Sank Money, you must be an incorporated company and therefore have a Single Tax Form (IFU) and a Trade and Property Credit Register (RCCM), be identified with the identity card and have good moral character.
