Bazèga/Education: The new provincial director in charge of primary education, Claude Ouédraogo, installed

The new provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education in Bazèga, Claude Ouédraogo was installed in his position on Wednesday September 20, 2023 in Kombissiri.

The new provincial director of primary and non-formal preschool education in Bazèga, Claude Ouédraogo officially took office on Wednesday September 20, 2023 in Kombissiri, in the Center-South region.

The handover ceremony was chaired by the Secretary General (SG) of the Bazèga province, Wossolème Clarisse Dénnis.

Mr. Ouédraogo replaces the outgoing provincial director in charge of primary education, Wendyam Véronique Woba/Koudougou who spent a year and 25 days in this position.

In her speech, Wendyam Véronique Woba/Koudougou returned to the results achieved during her stay in several areas, including the success rate of 76.73% for the Certificate of Primary Studies (CEP).

She did not fail to acknowledge the support and commitment of her colleagues who enabled her to succeed in her mission.

She also congratulated her successor on his appointment and wished him a good mission.

The new provincial director in charge of Primary Education, Claude Ouédraogo also congratulated his predecessor for the results obtained and asked for the support of his future collaborators to meet the challenges.

As a reminder, Claude Ouédraogo was appointed in the Council of Ministers on Wednesday August 30, 2023, as the new provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education in Bazèga.
