International cruise : the Port of Sfax welcomes its first boat

The international cruise season in Tunisia began several months ago, the City of Sfax is preparing to welcome its first boat and its first cruise passengers from all over the world. The Renaissance, of the Compagnie Française de Croisières (C.F.C.) based in Miami, former ship of the company Holland America Line, was completely renovated in 2018. This ship is 219m long and can accommodate up to 1,100 passengers on board. has 629 cabins, 154 of which have a private balcony. Thus, one of the largest cruise ships in the world in its category will dock at the port of Sfax for the day of Thursday October 12, 2023 at Pier No. 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
