Burkina Faso’s Special Forces Command Sees Major Reshuffle

Ouagadougou – In a significant military reshuffle, President Ibrahim Traoré of Burkina Faso announced the appointment of deputy commanders for the nation’s elite commando units.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Lieutenants Dofinisséni Mathias Hadinko and Izzat Roland Yaméogo have been named as deputy commanders of the Alpha and Gombo commandos respectively. This move comes amid ongoing efforts to strengthen the country’s military capabilities.
