Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Engages with Amhara Region’s Representatives on Current Issues

ADDIS ABABA — On February 19, 2024, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed gathered representatives from all zones within the Amhara region to deliberate on pressing issues currently impacting the area. This meeting follows a series of region-wide discussions spearheaded by Executive Members of the Prosperity Party (PP) in the Amhara Region.

According Ethiopian News Agency, the Prime Minister utilized his X page to announce the assembly, noting it was aimed at addressing critical concerns facing the region. During the meeting, Abiy Ahmed provided responses to numerous issues, emphasizing the necessity of consolidating efforts towards a shared objective.
