Lagos State Secures $1.35 Billion for Infrastructure Enhancement

LAGOS: In a significant development for infrastructure in Lagos, Nigeria, an agreement has been reached with the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) and Access Bank for financing worth $1.35 billion.

According to Africa News Agency, these funds are earmarked for critical infrastructure projects including the construction of a new bridge through a public-private partnership and the expansion of the light rail network in Lagos State.
