Electoral Commission briefs media on state of readiness ahead of voter registration weekend, 16 Sept

Readiness for the voter registration weekend on 18-19 September 2021

The Electoral Commission invites members of the media to a briefing.

The Commission will brief the media on the state of readiness ahead of the voter registration weekend scheduled to take place on Saturday, 18 September and Sunday, 19 September 2021 from 08h00 – 17h00 on both days.

Details of the briefing are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 16 September 2021

Time: 14h00

Venue: The Nerve Centre at the Election House, 1303 Heuwel Road, Centurion

The briefing will be streamed live on the Commission’s Facebook account.

The Electoral Commission complies with all COVID-19 health and safety protocols and as a result, only a maximum of 15 media people will be allowed at the Nerve Centre.
