Gourma: An Awakening Center initiates a traditional day promotion for the benefit of children

The Public Early Learning and Education Center (CEEP) of Sector No. 11 of Fada N’Gourma organized on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 a traditional day for the benefit of children in order to get them to love and consume the traditional products of Burkina Faso.

“It’s a recreational day to cultivate in the child from an early age the love and consumption of local dishes, traditional outfits of his land. It is also a day of promotion and promotion of traditional products,” indicated the director of the Early Learning and Early Education Center (CEEP), Christine Zongo.

She noted that it is an opportunity to promote cultural diversity in a context marked by the tearing of the social fabric due to the security crisis.

Mrs. Zongo translated her thanks to the parents of students and the hierarchy who facilitated the organization of the traditional day.

Christine Zongo also challenged parents to further activate the “love of endogenous products” flame in these young children so that they grow up with the idea of consuming local products in mind.

As part of its sovereign activities, the Public Early Learning and Preschool Education Center (CEEP) of Sector No. 11 of Fada N’Gourma has initiated, as a prelude to the holidays for the second school term, a day to promote products traditional for children.
