Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Joins Leaders in Addis for AU Summit

ADDIS ABABA – Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Addis Ababa to attend the 37th African Union Summit. He was greeted at Bole International Airport by Habtamu Tegegn, Ethiopia’s Minister of Mining.

According to the Ethiopian News Agency, The summit’s theme, ‘Educate an African fit for the 21st Century: Building resilient education systems for increased access to inclusive, lifelong, quality, and relevant learning in Africa,’ reflects the AU’s focus on education as a cornerstone for the continent’s future development and resilience. President Tinubu’s participation signifies Nigeria’s active role and commitment to the continental agenda for education and development.
