Toxic gas leak in South Africa: At least 16 dead, including 3 children

In South Africa, at least 16 people have died from a toxic gas leak in a settlement on the outskirts of Johannesburg. The deaths are thought to have been caused by a leaking cylinder of nitrate gas — a gas that’s frequently used for illegal mining. FRANCE 24’s Solange Mougin explains.
