Renewable energies: ‘The declaration of the quality management policy will greatly satisfy our customers’, DG ANEREE

The Director General of the National Agency for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ANEREE), Tobouré Gandré, affirmed Tuesday that the quality management policy which he has just signed will make it possible to greatly satisfy customers and users of the public service.

‘The official signing of the quality management policy will make it possible to satisfy users in the greatest possible way, in particular our customers who come to benefit from our services’ declares Tobouré Gandré, Director General of the national agency for renewable energies and energy. energy efficiency (ANEREE).

For him, the quality management policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction, to guarantee compliance with current standards and regulations and to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Mr. Gandré spoke on Tuesday in Ouagadougou during the official signing ceremony of the ANEREE quality policy declaration.

‘This signature will specifically consist of informing staff of the importance of implementing the
quality policy as well as stakeholders in taking its requirements into account’ underlines Tobouré Gandré.

‘To do this, the staff must be competent staff who offer a public service to all users,’ he adds.

‘Quality appears to be a universal value that permeates people’ affirms the Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of ANEREE, Mohamadi Bila.

In the opinion of the PCA, quality is taking an increasingly prominent place in business life.

The National Agency for Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency is a State public establishment involved in renewable energies and energy.

ANEREE aims to promote the energy transition through the control of efficiency, the reduction of dependence on fossil fuels and the regulation of the renewable energy sector in Burkina Faso.
