5th Meeting of the Joint Committee for Economic, Cultural and Technical Cooperation between Greece and Jordan (Athens, July 6, 2022)

The Joint Committee for Economic, Cultural and Technical Cooperation between Greece and Jordan will meet in Athens on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, under Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy and Openness Kostas Fragogiannis and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply of the Kingdom of Jordan, Dana Al-Zoubi.

This is the 5th meeting of the Committee, 16 years after the last meeting in Amman, Jordan, in December 2006, which provides the opportunity to confirm the high level of bilateral relations and to further deepen bilateral cooperation in specific areas of shared interest.

Included in the agenda of the Commission’s work are, inter alia, the prospects for strengthening trade, expanding cooperation in the fields of energy, water and waste management, agro-industry, as well as enhancing tourism flows and deepening cooperation in the fields of culture and education.
