ULBO Scientific Days Focus on Endogenous Knowledge for Development.

Ouahigouya: This 2024 edition of the ULBO Scientific Days is held under the theme “Synergy between scientific research and endogenous knowledge for harmonious local development and social cohesion.” From November 20 to 22, 2024, the university community of Ouahigouya will engage in conferences and panels to explore this theme during the 4th edition of its scientific days.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event will include discussions on climate change, resilience, human sciences, social sciences linked to social cohesion, and exact sciences in relation to endogenous development. The event is under the patronage of the Governor of the Northern region, represented by Tasséré Nacoulma, High Commissioner of Yatenga, with the presidency of Pr Adama Ouéda, President of ULBO, and sponsorship by the Association for the Economic and Social Development of the North, represented by Jean Ouédraogo, CEO of the Zana hotel.

The launching ceremony provided an opportunity for administrative and university autho
rities to award certificates to 20 graduates (Assistant Professors, Associate Professors) in various disciplines under the African and Malagasy Council for Higher Education (CAMES).
