Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the intercontinental ballistic missile launch by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (19.11.2022)

Greece unequivocally condemns yesterday’s (18.11.22) intercontinental ballistic missile launch by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, which violates international legality in defiance of the relevant UN Security Council Resolutions.

Simultaneously, we express our full solidarity with the Republic of Korea and Japan.

At a particularly critical juncture for world peace, we condemn such reckless practices, wherever they come from, as they do not contribute to stability and do not promote good neighbourly relations.
