Mogadishu – The Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, HE Salah Ahmed Jama, led a meeting focused on preparing for the upcoming COP-28, set to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The meeting centered on Somalia’s strategic approach to the conference, particularly addressing the impacts of climate change in the country.

According to Somlai National News Agency, The discussion at the meeting revolved around formulating a clear and effective plan for Somalia’s participation in COP-28, with the aim of tackling climate change issues that are increasingly affecting the nation.
