Relief Arrives Twice for Residents of Kantchari Amidst Terrorist Blockade

KANTCHARI – The commune of Kantchari has received vital supply deliveries on two separate occasions this month, aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by its residents due to ongoing terrorist activities.

According to Burkina Information Agency, five trucks filled with essential food supplies reached Kantchari on April 13, following a directive from the Burkinabe government. This second batch of aid came after an initial delivery by the World Food Programme on April 6, which distributed food to 600 households. These efforts provide crucial support to the community, which is situated near the Niger border and has been severely impacted by a terrorist blockade.
