2030 World Cup: Morocco selected to organize the competition

The FIFA executive committee unanimously selected Morocco for the Morocco-Spain-Portugal file as the sole candidacy for the organization of the 2030 Football World Cup, a-t -we learned on Wednesday, in a press release from the Moroccan royal cabinet.

‘His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God help him, has the great pleasure of announcing to the Moroccan people that the FIFA Executive Committee has just unanimously accepted the Morocco-Spain-Portugal file as the sole candidacy for the “organization of the 2030 Football World Cup”, announced the press release from the Moroccan royal cabinet.

This decision of the Executive Committee of the International Football Federation according to the press release, ‘welcomes and recognizes the place of choice of Morocco in the concert of great nations’.
