Ministers Fikile Mbalula and Khumbudzo Ntshavheni monitor Coronavirus COVID-19 regulations compliance at taxi ranks, 24 Jun

The Minister of Transport, Fikile Mbalula and the Acting Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni will be joined by the Gauteng provincial government MEC responsible for Roads and Transport, Jacob Mamabolo and MEC responsible for Health, Dr Nomathemba Mokgethi in COVID regulations compliance monitoring at Pretoria Taxi Ranks.

The Ministers and MECs will join ongoing operations to monitor and check compliance with government regulations and directions as the country remains under level 3 lockdown of government’s risk adjusted strategy.

The compliance and monitoring will be taking place at three different Taxi Ranks starting at Marabastad proceeding to Bloed Street and ending at Bosman Street Taxi Rank where a Media Briefing will be held.
