Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia Calls for Aid Following Deadly Rains

MOGADISHU – The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia, HE Salah Ahmed Jama, has issued an urgent appeal for international assistance in the wake of heavy rains that have caused fatalities and widespread need in the country. He reported that the severe weather conditions have resulted in the deaths of more than ten individuals and left many in dire need of aid.

According to Somali National News Agency, The Deputy Prime Minister is calling on the international community and humanitarian agencies to provide support to those affected by the rains, emphasizing the critical situation faced by isolated communities.
