According to Burkina Information Agency, Appointed by decree on October 27, 2023, Simporé received his insignia in the presence of the country’s military hierarchy, according to a new release by local media sources. In his acknowledgment speech, the new Brigadier General recognized the weight of his new role in translating political aims into tangible operational results.
