Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso – In a remarkable act of generosity, citizen Abdoulaye Savadogo donated 10 tons of food, valued at five million FCFA, to the Prime Minister on Monday for the benefit of internally displaced people in Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Abdoulaye Savadogo, speaking in the national Moore language, detailed his contribution which included five tons of rice and five tons of corn. He handed over the donation to Prime Minister Apollinaire Kyelem of Tambèla, stating that the food should be sent to those in greatest need. Savadogo, hailing from Karpala (Ouagadougou), expressed his desire to give more if he had additional resources.

During his interaction with the Prime Minister, Savadogo emphasized the importance of remembering those who are hungry and implored Allah the Almighty to assist the authorities in restoring peace to the country.
