Rumors and even some online media reported that terrorist accomplices were burned alive by the people of Bogandé on Monday March 20, 2023.

An alleged video of the events even circulated attributing these horrible scenes to the population of Bogandé.

After analysis, the facts did not take place in Bogandé, because the language spoken in the video is unknown to the populations of Gnagna.

Also, after checking with resource persons and local law enforcement and security forces, it appears that no terrorist accomplice was apprehended, let alone burned alive on the departmental territory of Bogandé that day.

The populations claim to ignore the objective pursued by the authors of this false information.

Other sources affirm that the FDS and the VDP carry out their missions with professionalism and are not guilty of such acts.
