Nahouri: Delwendé Toulgou takes the reins of the provincial directorate in charge of Agriculture

The High Commissioner of the province of Nahouri, Auguste Kinda officially installed in his functions, on May 31, 2023 in Pô, the provincial director of Agriculture, animal and fishery resources of Nahouri, Delwindé Toulgou .

The handover took place in the presence of the directors and heads of provincial services, the staff of the two provincial directorates and the regional director of agriculture, animal and fisheries resources of the Center South.

Appointed to the Council of Ministers at its meeting of May 17, 2023, Delwendé Toulgou was officially installed as Provincial Director of Agriculture, Animal Resources and Fisheries on May 31, 2023 by the High Commissioner for province of Nahouri, Auguste Kinda.

The representative of the staff of the provincial management, Serge W. Nana, praised the sense of management of the two outgoing directors, Agriculture and Livestock.

He is committed with all the staff to give the best to accompany the new director.

The two outgoing directors, Gaoussou Nadié, of Agriculture and Tasséré Kaboré, of Livestock, listed a string of activities carried out.

According to them, the results they achieved were thanks to the commitment and determination of all the actors in the rural world.

They praised the support they received from their hierarchy and all social strata during their stay at the head of the two provincial directorates.

The new director, Delwendé Toulgou, thanked his hierarchy for the trust placed in him.

He asked for the support of all socio-professional layers and the accompaniment of the directors and heads of provincial services for the accomplishment of his mission.

Mr. Toulgou is committed with all the agents of his direction, in a synergy of action to meet the challenges and the objectives to know to lead the policy of the government in the sector of the breeding and the agriculture.

The regional director in charge of Agriculture, Gueswindé Amos Congo, congratulated and greeted all the actors of the rural world of the province.

“These actors who spare no effort to support the agriculture and livestock sector,” he concluded.
