Media Invitation: Release of 2023/2024 1st Quarter Crime Statistics

Police Minister, General Bheki Cele, will on Friday 18 August 2023, present the quarterly crime statistics, reflecting on crimes reported and detected by the South African Police Service (SAPS) from 01 April 2023 to 30 June 2023.

The media briefing which will also be attended by the management of the SAPS, led by National Commissioner General Fannie Masemola will take place as follows:
