Koulpélogo: The degradation of the Sablogo bridge causes deviations

The governor of the Center-East region, Aboudou Karim Lamizana, has indicated diversions to be taken to users of the Tenkodogo-Ouargaye road, due to the deterioration of the Sablogo bridge, following heavy rains.

In a press release dated August 17, 2023, the governor of the Center-East region recommends that users of national road No. 17 deviate from the village of Moaga -Bissiga-Satenga-Comin-yanga or the Diabo axis -Comin-yanga to reach Ouargaye while waiting for emergency works.

This note from Mr. Lamizana follows the deterioration of the Sablogo crossing, located between Basbedo and Lalgaye, which has caused traffic to stop since August 14, 2023.

Remember that the deterioration of this structure is due to erosion caused by torrential rains leading to the removal of the embankment from the road.
