Egypt: tourism revenue increases by $13.6 billion

Egypt’s tourism sector reaches revenues of $13.6 billion in the 2022/2023 financial year, an increase of 26.8% compared to the previous financial year.

The increase in revenues from the tourism industry is mainly due to the increase in the number of foreign tourists who visited Egypt during the past financial year.
