MEDIA ADVISORY: DELEGATES TO THE NCOP TO ASK ORAL QUESTIONS TO THE MINISTER FROM SOCIAL SERVICES CLUSTER (2D)
Tomorrow, on Wednesday 11 October at 14.00, the Social Services Cluster (2D) Minister, Mr Senzo Mchunu, is expected in the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) hybrid plenary sitting as Delegates to the House are set to pose questions for oral reply to him.
Parliament uses a range of instruments to scrutinise and oversee executive action. Section 92(2) of the Constitution also stipulates that Cabinet Members are accountable collectively and individually to Parliament for the exercise of their powers and performance of their functions.
