CS Owalo Aids Migori Youth FC


Information, Communications and the Digital Economy CS Eliud Owalo has donated Sh200,000 in cash and field tracksuits to the Migori Youths Football Club as they prepare for the National Super League campaign (NSL). Speaking at Sony Sugar Stadium in Awendo Sub County-Migori, Owalo encouraged the team to do their best to capture the NSL title. In the 2022/2023 NSL league campaign, Migori Youth FC finished third, but ended up losing to Wazito FC during the Kenya Premier League (KPL) promotion playoffs. Owalo also gifted the team 40 field tracksuits to help them during their off-field preparations. The CS however encouraged the football fans from Migori to always support their team as a motivation to enable Migori Youth secure the 2023/2024 KPL promotion. The NSL camping kicks off on September 17, where Migori Youth will be hosting Mathare FC at the Migori Green Stadium.
