Transport Minister to announce the rollout of Covid-19 Taxi Industry Relief Fund
Members of the media are invited to a media briefing where the Minister of Transport, Mr Fikile Mbalula, will outline the implementation of the Taxi Relief Fund (TRF).
The TRF is a financial support programme by the National Department of Transport (NDoT) in collaboration with the National Empowerment Fund (NEF). It is a once-off ex gratia relief fund to help mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in the taxi industry.
