Zorgho: Agents at the office of the Basic Education District (CEB) of Zorgho contributed this Thursday, January 29, to the 'D?m? Sira' campaign, the path of solidarity.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the act took place after the raising of the colors. At the invitation of the Head of the district, Raogo Jean Claude OuEdraogo, each employee made a voluntary donation. A total of 21,000 CFA francs, soap, and clothes were collected on site.

The District Chief commended the staff's commitment. He emphasized the importance of promoting solidarity, noting that no one is so destitute as to lack something to give. He explained that the fundraising efforts are taking place simultaneously in CEB schools, with the participation of teachers, students, and school council members.

Donations will be centralized at the national level and used to support those in need. Officially launched on November 14, 2025, this first edition of the "D?m? SIRA" campaign will conclude on January 31, 2026. The initiative is led by the Ministry of Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity. It aims to promote mutual aid and solidarity throughout the national territory in the context of regaining full sovereignty.
