Bobo-Dioulasso: In the spirit of supporting and perpetuating the policies and ideology of Captain Ibrahim Traor©, ERETZ LEADER and NT-FORMATION organized a public conference on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, in Bobo-Dioulasso, for the benefit of young people.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the event was held under the theme “Entrepreneurship with ethics: combining entrepreneurial skills and social impact” and was sponsored by Nestor Poodass©, the national coordinator of the Planet of Young Pan-Africans (PJP-BF) movement. The conference aimed to raise awareness among young people about ethics in entrepreneurship, highlighting the importance of patriotism and civic-mindedness in creating and managing a business.
The conference also focused on promoting social impact entrepreneurship, encouraging young people to establish businesses that address social needs. Di© Fernandez, the founder of ERETZ LEADER, emphasized that the conference aligned with their ideology’s vision of patriotic leadership, which he described as the synergy between skills development and the pursuit of the nation’s general interest.
For the conference sponsor, ethical business practices represent more than just a strategy; they are a commitment. He stated that a patriotic entrepreneur is one who opts to create jobs locally rather than seeking opportunities abroad, rejects corruption despite potential setbacks, and invests in the real needs of the community.
Two speakers moderated the conference. Cr©pin Somda, Regional Director of Youth and Employment for Hauts-Bassins, discussed “Institutional Initiatives on Youth Entrepreneurship.” The second speaker, Dr. Siaka S©r©, promoter of NT-FORMATION, developed the sub-theme “Entrepreneurship with sufficient ethics for society.” He stressed the importance of encouraging young people to conduct business in an honest and patriotic manner, urging them to reduce corruption and serve society.
