Yaadga Governor Ensures Smooth Conduct of Upcoming Exams

Ouahigouya: The governor of the Yaadga region, Thomas Yampa, has announced that comprehensive arrangements are in place to guarantee the seamless execution of the upcoming CEP, BEPC, BEP, and CAP exams. These exams, set for the 2026 session, were officially launched by Governor Yampa at the Bassn©r© school, accompanied by key educational leaders.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Pascal Wango, the Regional Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DREPPNF), reported that 24,615 candidates have registered for the exams across four provinces, including 14,081 girls and 3,389 internally displaced students. The exams will be conducted in 44 juries and 164 examination centers, supported by 3,998 stakeholders.

At the secondary education level, 10,931 students are registered for the BEPC, 540 for the BEP, and 231 for the CAP. The various stakeholders, including coordinators, center presidents, jury members, proctors, chaperones, secretaries, and examiners, are prepared and committed to ensuring a successful examination process.

Pierre Claver Banc©, the High Commissioner of Yatenga and representative of Governor Yampa, offered practical advice to students after opening the first examination envelope. He emphasized the importance of achieving a high success rate to make the year's sacrifices worthwhile. Accompanied by Drissa B©lem, the Regional Director of Secondary Education and Vocational and Technical Training, Mr. Banc© encouraged all parties involved to continue their dedication to the mission.
